Co-Wellness Refund Policy

At Co-Wellness, we’re here to support your journey to better sleep, focus, energy—and everything in between. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re committed to making it right. We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items.

Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, just email us at hello@co-wellness.co. Once approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know right away. Email hello@co-wellness.co with your order number and a quick description (photos help!) so we can resolve the issue quickly and smoothly.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund is approved. If it is, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Chibs Okereke is a stress and burnout coach, accredited mindfulness facilitator, and former high-performance founder who knows firsthand what it feels like to be running on empty. After years spent chasing success at the expense of his health, Chibs found his way back through mindfulness, science-backed recovery tools, and a deep reconnection with rest.

With a background in Organisational Psychology and training from the Center for Mindfulness at UMass Medical School, Chibs now helps thousands of people, from individuals to global teams – manage stress, avoid burnout, and live more present, purposeful lives.

He created Co-Wellness to bring those same tools into your hands. Each product is designed to support you, simply and naturally, because real wellbeing should feel like someone’s right there with you.
