Co-Wellness Shipping Policy

Shipping

We currently ship to the United States and Canada, with more countries on the way.

Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday, or over the weekend, will be processed the following Monday.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer two flat-rate shipping speeds at checkout:

United States

Canada

Delivery estimates begin once your order ships, and don't include the 1-business-day processing time above. Occasionally a carrier delay happens once your package is out of our hands — if that happens, reach out and we'll help however we can.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it the whole way to your door.

Co-Wellness Refund Policy

At Co-Wellness, we’re here to support your journey to better sleep, focus, energy—and everything in between. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re committed to making it right. We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items.

Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, just email us at hello@co-wellness.co. Once approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know right away. Email hello@co-wellness.co with your order number and a quick description (photos help!) so we can resolve the issue quickly and smoothly.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund is approved. If it is, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
